Please allow 14-16 business days for delivery of your Grill. Freight carrier will call to schedule an appointment for delivery.  Customer must be on premises to accept and sign for delivery.  Delivery will be made to the first enclosure only.

Non-Defective Returns are only accepted within 10 days of receipt.  Item must be unused, unopened and in original packaging.  Customer must pay for return shipping of product.  To return an item, please contact support@pauladeenshop.com for an RMA number and shipping instructions.  Returns and refunds will not be processed without the appropriate RMA.  Customer will receive notice when the return is received and a refund will be processed within 7 business days, as long as the grill has met the acceptable unused return condition criteria.
