Refund Policy

While we strive to offer you high quality products and services online, we understand that you might want to return something from time to time. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return any item along with your packing list, for any reason, within 30 days of purchase. Here's how to return merchandise purchased from PaulaDeenShop.com.

By Mail:

  • Please contact us by calling (865) 722-1176.
  • Indicate the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason on your packing list.
  • When you are ready to package up your return items, place the item you wish to return in it's original box with appropriate packing materials and place packing slip on top.
  • Orders returned with the packing slip or order confirmation email will receive a refund, less all shipping costs for the delivery and return of the item(s) except in the event the reason for the return is damaged or defective product.

In-Store

  • Take the item(s) you want to return to any Paula Deen Store location.
  • Provide the cashier with a print out of your order confirmation email or your packing slip.
  • Orders returned with packing slip or order confirmation email will receive a refund, less all shipping costs for the delivery of the item(s) except in the event the reason for return is damaged or defective product. For returns without the packing slip or order confirmation email, you will receive a store credit at the store's current selling price for item(s) returned except in the event the reason for return is damaged or defective product. Exchange of same item is offered if the item is available.
